2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits
The product and the visible damage or issue
Requests submitted without a proper uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
