We are working towards expanding our services internationally. Any updates regarding international shipping will be announced on our website.

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.

There are no additional shipping charges for domestic deliveries.

3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through India Post (Government Postal Service).

This ensures reliable delivery to both urban and remote locations across the country.

4. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

5. Delivery Time

Melvora strives to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tier 2 Cities & Major Towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Small Towns & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or Special Service Areas: Up to 10–14 business days in rare cases

Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment directly on the India Post website using the provided tracking number.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Melvora is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any concerns.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Melvora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
