Return and Refund Policy

At Melvora, every product undergoes a strict quality inspection before packing and dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer return and refund support under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging

  • With all original tags intact

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits

  • The product and the visible damage or issue

Requests submitted without a proper uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear uncut unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (optional but helpful)

4. Return and Inspection Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected to verify eligibility before processing the refund.

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used, worn, or washed

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • Damage occurred after delivery

  • Size issues or change of mind
